Pokémon card auctions in Malaysia
Heat Up Collection runs Pokémon card auctions in Malaysia inside a WhatsApp community. Bidding happens only in that community. This website lists what is coming and does not take bids. Heat Up Collection auctions its own cards, so there is no buyer’s premium or commission on those auctions. Payment is arranged through the admin WhatsApp at +60197262533. Delivery is shipping or self-pickup in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, and both are available.
How bidding works
A Heat Up Collection auction is a WhatsApp room, not a form on this website. You start by joining the Heat Up Collection WhatsApp community. That community is the door to every auction. After you are in, you choose the group for the auction you want. The group is where the cards are shown, where the updates are posted, and where you send your bid.
The home page of this website is the lineup. When a lot is published, you see a photo and a title. Open the lot for the note that bidding is on WhatsApp, not on this website. If a BO figure is listed, it is shown in RM on that lot. Asking on WhatsApp when the auction opens does not place a bid. Joining the community does not place a bid. The bid is the message you send inside the auction group you joined.
If the home page has no lot listed, that only means nothing is published on the website at that moment. Auctions in Malaysia still run in the WhatsApp community. Use the community to see the room that is live. Use the website to read the upcoming list, the Mall, and these guides.
The three auction rooms
Inside the community there are three auction rooms: Live Auction Room, Premium Auction, and SVIP Auction Room. They are different groups. You pick the room you want to join. Each room posts a closer look at the cards in that auction and keeps updating it.
Heat Up Collection does not rank those rooms on this website and does not take a bid for any of them here. If you are in one room, you are following that room’s updates. Join the room that is running the lot you want, and bid there. The website can show you that a lot is coming. It cannot enter the room for you.
No buyer’s premium
Heat Up Collection auctions its own cards. On those auctions there is no buyer’s premium and no commission added on top of your bid. The bid you send in the WhatsApp room is the auction price you are offering for that lot.
Consignment is not the same thing. If you ask Heat Up Collection to sell a card for you, that is a consignment, and the consignment fee is about 10%, depending on the item. That fee is not a buyer’s premium on an auction of Heat Up Collection’s own cards. Auction lots and consignment cards are arranged separately, both through WhatsApp.
Payment through admin WhatsApp
The website does not charge a card for an auction, and it does not show a payment form for a bid. When a sale needs to be paid, payment is arranged through the admin WhatsApp at +60197262533. That chat is where Heat Up Collection gives the payment instructions for your lot.
Keep payment in that admin chat. The public auction group is for the bidding and the updates. The admin number is the payment contact. Do not put a card number into a page on this website. Auction checkout does not exist here because the bid itself is not placed here.
Shipping or Kepong self-pickup
Delivery is shipping or self-pickup in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. Both are available. Kepong is the pickup locality in Kuala Lumpur. This website does not publish a street address. If you want to collect in person, say so to the admin on WhatsApp and arrange the pickup there. If you want the cards shipped, arrange that in the same chat.
This page does not quote a shipping price. The delivery choice is part of the arrangement with the admin for that lot, together with payment. The same two options, shipping or Kepong self-pickup, are how Heat Up Collection hands cards over.
What is auctioned
Heat Up Collection auctions Pokémon cards. A published lot shows on the upcoming list with its photo and title before the bid is taken in WhatsApp. The Mall is a different shelf: in-stock cards with a price in RM, bought from the site and confirmed on WhatsApp. An auction lot is bid in a room. A Mall card is a marked price.
You can look at upcoming lots even if you are not ready to bid, and you can open the Mall if you want a card that is already in stock. Neither page replaces the WhatsApp community. The community is where the auction runs.
Track record
Heat Up Collection started in 2025. It has run 500+ auctions. Those auctions have been run in the WhatsApp community. The website is the public front for the same business: the upcoming list, the Mall for in-stock cards, consignment, and the pages that explain how to join.
The count is auctions run, not a promise about a future sale. What you can do today is join the community, choose a room, read the upcoming lots when they are published, and pay through the admin WhatsApp when you have won a lot. Pickup stays in Kepong, or you ask for shipping.
What to do next
Join the WhatsApp community if you want to bid. Then choose Live Auction Room, Premium Auction, or SVIP Auction Room. Read the upcoming lots on the home page so you can see what has been published. Open a lot if you want the photo, the title, and the note that bidding stays on WhatsApp.
If you want a card at a marked price instead of a bid, use the Mall. If you want Heat Up Collection to sell a card for you, consignment can start via WhatsApp, with photos and your asking price, or through the consignment form in the Mall. The consignment fee is about 10%, depending on the item. The about page and the FAQ repeat these same points in shorter form, and the guides walk through auctions, buying, and consignment one at a time.
