Consignment
Pokémon card consignment in Malaysia
Heat Up Collection accepts Pokémon card consignment in Malaysia. The fee is about 10%, depending on the item. Consignment can start via WhatsApp or the consignment form in the Mall. On WhatsApp, send photos, the card name, and the price you have in mind. The reply covers the next step for sending the cards.
The fee
The consignment fee is about 10%, depending on the item. It is not a flat figure published as a table on this website, and it is not the same as a buyer’s premium. Heat Up Collection auctions its own cards with no buyer’s premium and no commission. A consignment is the separate case where the card is yours and you are asking Heat Up Collection to sell it.
Because the fee depends on the item, the way to hear the number for your card is to send the card, not to guess from another card. Send the photos and the price you have in mind. The WhatsApp reply is where the fee for that item is confirmed. This page will not invent a fee for a card it has not seen.
How to start
Consignment can start via WhatsApp or the consignment form in the Mall. On WhatsApp, say that you want to consign, so the admin knows which request this is. The button on this page opens that message for you. The Mall form asks for your name, a contact, and the card details.
Use the admin WhatsApp at +60197262533. That is the same number used to arrange payment, shipping, and Kepong self-pickup. Consignment starts in that chat, with the photos and your asking price, before any card changes hands.
Photos and your asking price
Send a clear photo of the front. Send the back as well if the card has wear. Include the card name so the admin is looking at the same card you mean. Then share the price you have in mind. Those three things — photo, name, and asking price — are what Heat Up Collection asks for at the start.
The reply on WhatsApp covers the next step for sending the cards. This website does not book a courier and does not publish a street address. When the cards need to move, delivery is shipping or self-pickup in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. Both are available, and you arrange which one in the admin chat.
What consignment is not
Consignment is not a bid. You do not join Live Auction Room, Premium Auction, or SVIP Auction Room in order to consign, though those rooms are where Heat Up Collection runs auctions of its own cards. Consignment can start via WhatsApp or the consignment form in the Mall. Mall checkout itself is for in-stock cards with a marked price in RM.
Heat Up Collection started in 2025 and has run 500+ auctions. That track record is the auction business. Consignment sits beside it: you send the card details on WhatsApp, the fee is about 10% depending on the item, and the admin tells you the next step for sending the cards. Payment for a sale is arranged through the same admin WhatsApp.
After you send the message
If you started on WhatsApp, wait for the reply in that chat. If you used the consignment form in the Mall, that submission is the request, so you do not need to send the same details twice. If you also want to bid on other cards, join the WhatsApp community and choose an auction room. That is optional and separate from handing over your own card.
Read the auction page if you want the rooms, the lack of a buyer’s premium on Heat Up Collection’s own auctions, and how payment and Kepong pickup work. Read the Mall if you are buying, not consigning. The FAQ collects the short answers in one place.
