How Heat Up Collection auctions work in Malaysia

Where the bid actually happens

Heat Up Collection runs Pokémon card auctions in Malaysia, and the bid is a message inside a WhatsApp group. This website is the lineup and the explanation. It shows a lot when one is published, with a photo and a title, and it tells you that bidding stays on WhatsApp. Opening a lot, or asking when an auction opens, does not enter a bid.

You join the Heat Up Collection WhatsApp community first. That community is the door. Inside it you choose a room. If you are not in the room, you are not in that auction. The home page can be empty of lots and the rooms can still be running, because the website only shows what has been published to it.

The rooms, the price, and the handover

The rooms are Live Auction Room, Premium Auction, and SVIP Auction Room. They are different groups. Each one posts a closer look at the cards and keeps updating its auction. You follow the room you joined. Heat Up Collection auctions its own cards in these rooms, and there is no buyer’s premium and no commission on those auctions.

Payment is arranged through the admin WhatsApp at +60197262533. The website does not take auction payment. Delivery is shipping or self-pickup in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. Both are available. Arrange which one you want with the admin. A street address is not published here.

The lots are Pokémon cards. Heat Up Collection started in 2025 and has run 500+ auctions. In-stock cards at a marked price in RM are a different path: the Mall. Consignment, if you want a card sold for you, is also different, and that fee is about 10%, depending on the item. You can start a consignment on WhatsApp or with the consignment form in the Mall.
