How do Heat Up Collection auctions work?
Heat Up Collection runs Pokémon card auctions in its WhatsApp community in Malaysia. Join the community, choose an auction room, and bid inside that room. The website shows upcoming lots and does not take bids.
Can I bid on the Heat Up Collection website?
No. Place your bid in the WhatsApp auction room you joined. This website does not accept bids.
Which auction rooms are there?
The rooms are Live Auction Room, Premium Auction, and SVIP Auction Room. After you enter the WhatsApp community, choose the room you want. Each room posts a closer look and keeps updating its auction.
Is there a buyer’s premium or commission?
Not on Heat Up Collection’s own auctions. Heat Up Collection auctions its own cards, and there is no buyer’s premium or commission on those auctions. Consignment is separate, and that fee is about 10%, depending on the item.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged through the admin WhatsApp at +60197262533. The website does not take auction payment.
Do you ship, and can I pick up in person?
Yes. Delivery is shipping or self-pickup in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. Both are available. Arrange which one you want with the admin on WhatsApp. No street address is published on this website.
What is auctioned?
Pokémon cards. Published lots appear on the upcoming list. In-stock cards at a marked price are in the Mall, which is separate from the auction rooms.
How do I consign a card, and what is the fee?
Consignment can start via WhatsApp or the consignment form in the Mall. On WhatsApp, send a clear photo, the card name, and the price you have in mind, and the back as well if the card has wear. The consignment fee is about 10%, depending on the item.
Where do I buy cards that are already in stock?
Buy in-stock Pokémon cards from the Mall. Add a card to the cart, enter your name and phone, and check out. Heat Up Collection confirms the order on WhatsApp. The Mall lists ready stock, and the preorder page stays closed until the next preorder.
When did Heat Up Collection start, and how many auctions has it run?
Heat Up Collection started in 2025. It has run 500+ auctions in the WhatsApp community.
